- spent Friday night with a headache and catching up on watching this week's Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice with Jose
- drank way too much coffee from our new Keurig coffee maker
- served at our church's food pantry ministry
- spent a good hour at the Christian bookstore choosing cards, a gift, and just looking around
- took a Saturday nap
- rejoined the Facebook world after taking nearly 3 weeks off
- finished reading Henry's Sisters by Cathy Lamb (first Kindle book read)
- started reading Miss Match by Erynn Mangum
- baked pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
- shared cookies with the neighbors and took our little neighbor girl a Halloween book
- ate way too much chocolate Halloween candy
- enjoyed IMing with Trish while her family was away
- helped my son, Joseph, gather items to dress as a tourist for a Halloween party
- folded laundry
- went to church and Sunday school
- enjoyed a visit from my sister and niece and nephew (all in Halloween costumes)
- went grocery shopping
- surprised Jose by making one of his favorite dinners--carne guisada
- ate way too many pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
- volunteered at my church's Harvest Fair
It's time for me to have my little corner of the web. This blog is an inkling of my random thoughts, memories, worries, and joys. It's just a small part of what makes up the whole me. And it will be constantly changing because it is me...at this moment.
