We ran out of milk this morning. Hubby says he's going to the corner gas station to buy a pint to get us through the morning. I ask him to fill up my van and buy the Sunday L.A. Times while he's there. He leaves.
He's home. He hands me the newspaper and says it only costs $43 to fill up the van. I say, "That's all? Wow!" (Easy to say after paying $90 this summer to fill it up!). Then he bangs his forehead and starts laughing.
He forgot the milk! I laughed so hard. Then I told him at least he remembered his way home.
Off to church!
