Today I participate in three grade level teams' meetings with our new principal. I love his leadership. Looking forward to seeing where he leads us in making things better for kids to learn. Not so sure everyone on the teams feels like I do. But that's ok. We're determined to "win them over" somehow!
I'm going to focus on projecting a "PMA" as my oldest son tells me. A "positive mental attitude." I'm hoping it is contagious to those who need it as they sit through these ninety minute meetings on a Friday.
