in my life include these two great people. Katie is my former student (taught her both in second and fifth grades) and Lisa is her terrific mother. We have maintained a close friendship over the years even though Katie is going to be a junior in high school this fall. I offered to take some photos of the two of them and of Katie alone. Just practicing with my camera. On the last one, I set my self-timer on the Rebel to get this shot of the three of us. Afterwards we went to Red Robin for dinner and Yogurtland for dessert.
