Today I'm thankful for the gift of technology. Just in my lifetime, cell phones, answering machines/voice mail, computers, internet, iPods, laptops, GPS systems, e-readers, VCRs, DVRs, camcorders, e-mail, digital cameras, and so many other incredible types of technology have been invented.
Because of technology, my sister will receive a kidney from a man in Texas. Without the technology, the transplant center would not have been able to make a match from CA to TX.
